Repair Process

At Cars America Collision Center getting you back on the road safely is our first priority.  Your automobile repairs will be inspected and repaired by experienced and professional technicians. Vehicle check-in

If you’ve been in an accident or have suffered other auto body related damages, call us for free pick-up or simply drop off your vehicle at Cars America Collision Center Inc. A Repair planner appointed to each repair will also handle your insurance claim to make the entire process professional and hassle free. Before making any repairs, the advisor, who remains the main contact throughout the repairs, will work with your insurance provider to complete a free accurate estimate.

Body works

After completion of evaluation, the body or structural repairs starts. At this stage some of the vehicle components will be removed and stored properly. The purpose is to get better access for correct repairs. This process is also important for painting, in order to ensure quality paint work.

Painting

After all necessary body work is complete, painting process follows. At Cars America Collision Center Inc. we strongly believe that the most important step in the refinish process is the adequate preparation. We spend extra time to prepare your parts for paint to assure a smooth finish and correct color matching.

Reassembly process

At this stage your car has a fresh paint and has passed our paint department quality control check and is ready for reassembly. It is extremely important to properly fit and assemble components back to factory specifications to maintain all precision gaps. Depending on the type of collision repairs, some vehicles require wheel alignment, electronic calibration, diagnostic resetting, and road test to insure proper functionality and safety.

Cleaning

No repairs are considered complete by Cars America Collision Center Inc. without a complete car wash.  We like to return your car back to you in very clean condition. Plus it allows us to check for any cosmetic flows.
